Registration

This event is available to anyone at any level of their Trauma Healing experience, whether new to Trauma Healing, have several years of experience with the ministry, or are an organizational coordinator. Plenary session topics are applicable to all, and there will be a variety of workshops available that you can choose to attend. Make sure you check back here regularly to see an updated schedule of what plenary sessions and workshops are available!

Yes, all in person and virtual attendees must register to attend the event. We are unable to accept walk-ins in person on the day of the event. In person registration will close either when all tickets are reserved OR by the end of August 2026. Virtual attendance registration will close the evening before the event begins.

Register here. Tickets are limited and on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend registering as soon as you are able.
The prompts will direct you to register as either an in-person or virtual attendee. If you are registering for yourself as well as others, you must fill out the information for each attendee ticket you are purchasing. Once you have completed the information section, you will be prompted to ‘continue’ and ‘complete payment.’ If you have a discount code, you will be able to apply it on the payment page. If you forget to add your discount code prior to checking out, the tickets are non-refundable, and we will not be able to make changes after payment has gone through; so please ensure you add this prior to completing the transaction.

The cost for the 2026 NACOP in-person registration is $125 per person, and the cost of the virtual attendance is $49 per person.

In-Person Registration
The in-person registration fee includes full participation in the 3-day event, including all plenary sessions and workshops. It also covers lunch, beverages, and snacks each day.
Not included for in-person registration:
The registration fee does not include accommodations, travel expenses, or meals outside of those listed above.
Virtual Registration
The virtual registration fee includes live-streamed access to all large-group sessions, including plenary sessions. Please note that breakout sessions and workshops will not be available virtually.

Links for online participants will be sent out the day before the event starts via email. The invitation will be to a Zoom meeting. Please ensure that your device is able and ready to join via Zoom, and that emails sent are not forwarded to your spam or junk email box.
If you encounter issues in receiving your link after registration, please email support@traumahealinginstitute.org with a screenshot of your registration confirmation and summary of the difficulty you are encountering under the title “NA COP”.

About the Event

In partnership with the Canadian Bible Society, the American Bible Society is pleased to host this exciting 3-day event! The purpose of the North American Community of Practice event is to bring together facilitators and organizations from the U.S. and Canada who are actively using and implementing Trauma Healing Institute’s program offerings. During our time together, we will share encouragements and updates with one another, participate in networking opportunities, experience workshop sessions led by facilitators who will share key insights and innovations about specific topics, and hear from plenary session speakers who are experts in their fields. We hope you are able to join us either in-person or online!

The NA COP will be hosted at American Bible Society’s headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. The event will begin on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 and conclude Thursday, October 1, 2026. We strongly encourage those registering to attend all 3 days to get the most from the experience.
For in-person attendees, registration will begin at 8am (EST) on Tuesday, September 29. All 3 days, the event will promptly begin at 9:30am (EST) and conclude at 4pm (EST).
The American Bible Society (ABS) is located at 101 N Independence Mall E, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Upon arrival to ABS all 3 days, you will be greeted by an ABS employee in the building lobby and escorted upstairs. Due to building protocols, you are unable to access ABS’s office space on the 8th and 9th floors without an ABS employee escorting you up there first.

The event including all plenary, large group, and breakout sessions will be facilitated in English. Translation will not be provided.

The plenary sessions of this event will be recorded and made available on the Trauma Healing Institute’s YouTube channel a few weeks after the event. We are unable to record any of the breakout or workshop sessions.

The NA COP will be livestreamed for our virtual attendees. Additionally, there will be photography and videography present to be used for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can answer the registration question, ‘Do you consent to be in photos and videos?’ with ‘No, I do not consent to being in photos or videos.’

Registration will begin on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 8am. The event will promptly start each day at 9:30am and conclude at 4pm. While we cannot arrange or provide transportation to and from the event, your hotel, or the airport, there are several convenient options available:
Philadelphia International Airport is approximately 25 minutes from American Bible Society and offers easy access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft services. The venue is within walking distance of several hotels and is also close to bus stops, and the 5th St/Independence Hall subway station. If you are driving, there are several parking garages within walking distance of the event including AutoPark at Independence Mall and Bourse Garage.
