Navigating stress and overwhelming emotions can be really tough. It can be especially challenging for young people — and their parents — to know how to deal. This booklet shares five simple practices that anyone can use to help recognize their emotions and calm their body in times of stress.

Reconnect (Parents) Bible reading plan

This plan is for parents whose teenagers are going through stressful times. God cares for you too! Going through this plan will comfort and strengthen you as you seek to help your teen better understand and manage stress. It will also help you introduce these tools to your teens, or to have deeper conversations with them about their emotions and their faith.
