It’s there! Search “THI Mobile App” on your phone and it will appear.

If you’re new to Trauma Healing Institute, welcome! We’re glad that you’re here. After clicking “Get Started,” tap “Sign Up.” You’ll want to sign up with an email address that actively receives emails. After you submit, you’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address. You can also use this email address and password to log into the THI Website!

If you already have an account registered with THI, use the same email address and password to log into the app.

Click “Don’t remember your password” on the login page and submit the email address you used to sign up. You’ll then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

Yes, it is required. This training series is an evaluation tool to ensure that you have an understanding of how trauma impacts individuals, the participatory learning method, how to create a safe space for people to process their pain, and how to manage group dynamics. If you pass, you’ll be granted access to the Mobile Audio program immediately in the app. If you do not pass, you’ll have to wait 30 days to take the training again.

The app has a bug reporting feature built into it. Shake your phone until a report form shows up. Click “Report a bug” and provide as much detail as possible in your report. You can also include screenshots or screen recordings. The more information you provide, the more helpful it will be for our app developers.
